Services provided by our cleaning Technicians:

Pre-inspection: We will evaluate your carpet’s needs. Every carpet must be treated differently. A technician will determine the ideal cleaning strategy for your carpet. You will know up front what we can and cannot do, leaving no room for surprises.

Moving Furniture: We will move small furniture and return it to its original position.

Pre-treatment: A pre-treatment process is sometimes necessary to ensure the job is done thoroughly, especially when there are stains.

For Carpet Cleaning: We use our brand new (2017 Prochem’s Peak GTX) state-of-the-art hot water extraction machine to thoroughly rinse the carpet. Pressure and heat are adjusted to ensure the ideal moisture levels for cleaning. We then rinse your carpet with specially treated water at temperatures ranging between 75-245° F, depending on the fiber content and soiling condition of the carpet. This step is key to improving the quality of the air in your living space by removing allergens like pollens, pollutants, and dust mites, etc., making your home a safer place to be. This is especially true for the coastal areas of San Diego.

Carpet Protector (optional, but recommended):

Carpets protected with DuPont’s Teflon last longer, are easier to clean, and stay clean longer. They have been shown to extend the life of your carpet. We offer carpet protectors as an option, but the decision is ultimately up to you.

Post-inspection: After the job is complete we go through the carpet with you to make sure the job has been completed to your utmost satisfaction.

Protect & Groom: We place blocks or foil under furniture legs, when necessary, to protect them during the drying process and groom the carpet for a clean and inviting look.

Please Note!

Before Carpet Cleaning:

Please remove any fragile or breakable items, as well as any knick-knacks from furniture to be moved during the cleaning process. Make sure the area to be cleaned is free of clutter like toys, books, or shoes. Additionally, please arrange for children and/or pets to stay clear of the area to be cleaned and the equipment, hoses, etc. This ensures the job is done efficiently and safely.

After Carpet Cleaning:

Be extra careful walking from carpet to hard surfaces! Floors can be very slippery, so please step from carpet to hard surfaces with caution. Keep pets and children off the carpet for at least 3 hours. Finally, leave the blocks and tabs alone for 24 hours after your carpet has been cleaned.
