Common Misconceptions

Misconception #1

All carpet cleaners and carpet cleaning companies are all the same. I might just as well hire the company that quotes the lowest price. Usually not. Some carpet cleaning companies offer a low price to persuade you to call, but then add on services you thought were included in the price. It would be like a car dealer quoting you for a new car and then telling you the steering wheel and windshield are extra.

Misconception #2

It makes no difference which method of cleaning you choose. This is incorrect. One has several methods to choose from: Bonnet, Dry Foam, Dry Compound and Hot Water Extraction (steam cleaning). Some cleaning systems are considered interim maintenance cleaning systems and others are regarded as restorative by the industry. Only Hot Water Extraction (steam cleaning) can employ a rinse step to leave your carpets as residue free as possible.

Misconception #3

All a company needs to clean carpets correctly is the right equipment. This is incorrect. Many cleaning companies own professional carpet cleaning systems, but they don’t teach their technicians the proper ways to use them. Make sure the cleaning company you choose has technicians who are trained by certified carpet instructors.

Misconception #4

The longer you wait between carpet cleanings, the better. This is incorrect. Dirt is like sandpaper. It damages your carpet. The more often you have your carpets cleaned, the longer they will last. Industry standards recommend that you clean your carpets every 6 to 18 months, depending on your lifestyle.

Misconception #5

Carpet cleaners don’t provide references. This is incorrect. Carpet cleaners provide customer references all the time. If the cleaner you’re considering won’t provide references, you know the cleaner:

Is new to the business and doesn’t have references.
Is dishonest and doesn’t have good references.
Does poor work and will never warrant a favorable recommendation.

Excellent service! I have asthma, so I asked them to clean all the hidden, dusty areas that most people overlook, and they did an amazing job. My house feels so much cleaner, and I really appreciate the attention to detail. I highly recommend them! Thank You Guys many blessings.

Today was my first experience with Absolutely Clean Agency and I have to say that I was very pleased. Recently I've been too ill to thoroughly clean my apartment so I contacted Oksana to schedule a visit . The two women did a great job and although this was only the first time, I feel comfortable recommending Absolutely Clean Agency and I will absolutely use them in the future.

I've had such a wonderful experience with Absolutely Clean Agency ! Olesia and Tetiana from the crew always do a great job, they are so kind and thoughtful to do extra little things around the house. I appreciate the help they bring to my home every week and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. The scheduling team is also usually very flexible and quick to respond, and I love that I can easily chat with them via text messaging. Worth every penny!

I used Google to find a cleaning service and really liked that it offered several quotes to choose from. As a single mom with three kids, I really needed the help. Oksana, I believe that was her name, was very helpful and responsive in the messages. I also liked the detailed service description sheet. My only concern was that the cleaners arrived more than 25 minutes late, which I noticed someone else had mentioned as well. It might be better to offer a time window rather than a specific appointment time, such as 1–2 PM or 4–5 PM. I didn’t book the deep cleaning because I didn’t have enough time to organize the bedrooms. They cleaned the downstairs area and both bathrooms. The bathrooms were done really, really well. They also cleaned the kitchen, and I was honestly impressed that they washed and loaded a full sink of dishes into the dishwasher and even unloaded the dishwasher. That was a significant help and made a big difference for me. I have hardwood floors throughout the house, and I couldn’t really tell whether they had been mopped. There were a few stains that were already there before I left and were still there when I returned. Overall, I appreciated the help and especially loved how well the bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned.

Olga and Marina have been cleaning my home for over a year. they are experts in getting my home to sparkle and shine. They are very careful with fragile items yet they get everything cleaned. I have hardwood floors and they literally sparkle after the ladies have cleaned them. I would highly recommend these ladies and Absolutely clean Agency to anyone who is serious about their home cleaning. And.....they love my dog!!!

I had Absolutely Clean out for a deep clean and a kind of test run while we decided on a cleaning company. I had 2 young women who were friendly and hard working. They made my 2nd floor bathtub so amazingly clean it was kind of unbelievable. I have had a knee replacement and my husband had recent back surgery so it's hard for us to scrub on hands and knees & they did a great job. The inside of the oven is all sparkly, too. Based on the excellent job they did, we've signed up for a monthly clean with Tatyana and Maria. Thank you Absolutely Clean!
